About me - Paula Jones

Becoming a Holistic Life Coach has been an amazing spiritual and personal journey that has taken me down many paths.

I was born and raised in California, where I spent most of my life as a Hairdresser. Although I didn’t realize it at the time, this career set me on my path to becoming a Holistic Life Coach.

As a Hairdresser for more than 40 years, I formed long-term relationships with many of my clients, and was genuinely concerned about their struggles in life. My natural instinct has always been to help, and I found that I had the compassion and the insight needed to help people see their potential for happiness and find their best selves. Making a positive difference in someone’s life is so rewarding - I knew that this is what I was called to do.

It still took many years to define exactly what it was that I was destined for. I had many hard life lessons yet to learn. I was searching for my purpose and for knowledge through my connection with Spirit.

Along the way, while living the Aloha life in Maui, I met my amazing friend, mentor and teacher, Carolyn, who would become essential to my own self discovery. I am grateful every day for her guidance and love.

My search for the answer to “where do I belong” led to a deeper understanding of my heritage, and to the source of what I call my spiritual DNA as a Maidu Native American. Being guided by spirit and my love of learning about people led me to A Course in Miracles with Alan Cohen’s Holistic Life coaching program. I am also certified with HCI, Health Coach Institute a combination of health and life coaching. I am forever grateful to all my coaches and Carolyn and Alan for being my teachers my guiding light!

Throughout this journey my spiritual strength grew, along with the belief that I had within me the capacity to help others find their true potential and help guide them to leading their best lives. I found a way to achieve this as a Holistic Life Coach.

My love and genuine care for helping people and seeing the “break through” by my professional guidance is very rewarding for me!

No one comes into our lives by accident. Our paths cross as part of a divine plan. If you are willing to trust in me, trust in the process and trust in the divine, it can be “life changing”!

And so it is.
